Symptoms

Oracle Application Server having OIM installed is not able to start and server log has following errors during startup:


-- Steps To Reproduce:

1) OC4J running Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) and uses Oracle Database which ran out of disk space.
2) Increased the disk space on the database but unable to start the server.
