Symptoms
On a 10.1.3.1 and 10.1.3.3 SOA Suite installations, according to Oracle Oracle® BPEL Process Manager Developer’s Guide Chapter 15, the below workflow services should be accessible by using the specified URL. But the below WSDL files are not browsable after installation.
