Poor Performance when Attempting to Load Process Portlets or View Groups in Process Administrator when Oracle BPM is integrated with WebCenter Interaction (Doc ID 832864.1)

Symptoms

When Oracle BPM 10gR3 is integrated with Oracle WebCenter Interaction, attempting to load the Process portlets is slow and attempting to view the Groups page in Process Administrator is slow.  In some cases, both the Process portlets and the Groups page fail to load at all and generate timeout errors.
