Symptoms

On 9.0.3.2 in Production, when attempting to use the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Admin Console through an F5 load balancer, after some time, the application seems to hang. If you're working on the Admin Console somewhere, you get sent back to the login page with the following error progression seen in the logs:

Some packet errors had been noticed at the network level.
