OMQ: Need timeout on client connections

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Client connections can go away (e.g., someone turns off a PC), but the associated CLS process stays around until the keep-alive timer goes off (assuming it is set, and you wait long enough - the default is about 2 hours).
This feature is requested in MessageQ to handle client connection drops.
