WebLogic 10 - WLST undeploy() command to undeploy application on single managed server not working (Doc ID 839621.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 10.0 to 10.3.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

An issue of WLST undeploy() command to undeploy application on single managed server not working properly in WebLogic Server 10.0 was reported.

For example, if we have an application deployed on a cluster of two managed servers and we trigger WLST undeploy() to undeploy the deployed application only on one managed server (using below command), it undeploys the application from whole target cluster instead of only on the specified target managed server.

undeploy('<Appl Name>',targets='<Server Name>')
