Instances in Workspace are not in synch between cluster servers (Doc ID 841871.1)

Symptoms

In a cluster environment the workspace shows instances out of synch in one node and shows exact activity where instance is on the other node.

The engine logs for the node having issue contains the following error

Instance '/TestProcess#Default-1.0/143049/0@ORG' is no longer in activity '/TestProcess#Default-1.0/ActivityA'.
Detail:The instance is currently located in activity '/TestProcess#Default-1.0/ActivityB' with status 'RUNNING (1)'.
