Unable to Connect to Content Server or use Webdav Folders with SiteMinder Authentication for 10g / 11g Content Server (Doc ID 844034.1)

Users are unable login and view any of the contribution folders using the Desktop Integration
Suite (DIS) application.  In this case, users are authenticating using SiteMinder. After login, users receive the following error:

A connection with the server could not be established.

If users login via port 81, which is setup for local authentication, users are able to view the
contribution folders.

In 11g Content Server environments, users attempt to log into the Content Server via SiteMider, but they recieve a http 404 error.
