Symptoms

When the WebCenter Distributed Capture service commits batches using the Oracle UCM Commit Driver the following error is encountered:

Error Number: 20006, Error: Failed to commit batch (with delete). Commit Profile - Oracle UCM: Error creating the Capture-UCM Implementation object.
