Indexer Still Indexing Weblayout File After Setting UseNativeFormatInIndex=true (Doc ID 845182.1)

Symptoms

After setting UseNativeFormatInIndex=true in the config.cfg file and restarting UCM, the indexer tracing still shows that the weblayout file is being indexed, not the vault file.

Expected indexer behavior is to see the vault file being converted:
