Symptoms

After installing Content Categorizer and attempting to perform a "Metadata Only" check-in the following error is thrown upon clicking the "Check In" button:

Content Server Request Failed
Content item <undefined> was not successfully checked in.
Missing primaryFile:path parameter in service call
