Symptoms
An out of memory condition may occur when processing data with the OracleAS Adapter for Oracle Applications (Apps adapter) regardless of heap tuning.
Heap dumps will show instances of oracle.tip.adapter.apps.AppsConnection class consuming a high percentage of the heap, and will cause a restart of the application server over time.
