Running OID 10g Script Fails With "./ line 714: clear: command not found" / "OID Processes running on target node" (Doc ID 852483.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


While following instruction from Document 404838.1, fails to run, with:

./ -connect <OID_DB_ALIAS> -add -attr uniquemember

This tool can only be executed if  you know the database user password for OID.

Enter OID password ::
./ line 714: clear: command not found
OID Processes running on target node
Either Shutdown OID Process on target node or
Make OIDLDAPD server read-only
