Symptoms
Below problem might occur when you try to create/associate Migration Repository.
The Migration Repository user was created with appropriate privileges. But when tried to create/associate the repository to that particular user, got below error:
Try deleting repository before creating repository
This was a newly created user so there was no existing repository. The error did not give clear indication for cause of the problem.
