Symptoms

After configuring DAM, check-in of a new image file may give various errors:

1. $Conversion completed -- Step DigitalGraphicRenditions forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: m_workingDir'.!syExceptionType,java.lang.Throwable

at intradoc.common.Log.addMessage(Unknown Source)

2. No options are displayed in the PackedConversion drop down list in the check-in page

3.1. A rendition set was not successfully created for this content item ( At times, Cs may not throw any errors but the above message will be displayed inthe rendition information page)

3.2. No primary rendition was produced, either the conversion failed or was not defined.
Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'. [ Details ]
