Symptoms

On 10.2. database , when attempting to create and deploy the web services client proxy during the installation of the DBWS Callout Utilities on Oracle Database Server 10g by the below command:

the following error occurs:

ERROR
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
<ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libocijdbc10.so: load ENOEXEC on shared library(s)
<ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libocijdbc10.so
at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary0(ClassLoader.java:2120)
