Capture Users Cannot Login When User Is In Domain That Is Different From Server (Doc ID 854229.1)

Using WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) setup with Windows Security, users from a domain that is different from the machine cannot login to WebCenter Distributed Capture.

The following error occurred while attempting to login:
Login failed.
Error number:20047
Error Description: [The following error occurred during login.
Error Description: 20046
Error Number: Error [Automation error
The network path was not found. ] on line [12] Domain=[JD01] UserID=[JOHN DOE] The User Name and Password entered could not be validated. Please try again.]
