Goal
A JMS Proxy Service stops consuming message when there is an issue with connectivity to MQ. Once the ALSB server is restarted pending messages will be consumed by the Proxy Service.
Cause
The proxies will go offline when either a connection to the queue manager can not be made or when there are connectivity issues to the endpoint MQ destination. This causes the transport to throw a TransportException with an error code of BEA-380002.
