WNA Failure "No valid credentials" and "Failed to find any Kerberos Key" (Doc ID 855015.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access SSO/WNA applications, a 500 Internal Server Error occurs.

OC4J~OC4J_SECURITY~default_island~1 file shows the following errors:
