A SAXParseException is thrown during the propagation of a Weblogic Portal application containing a JSR 168/Java portlet with portlet preferences:

The propagation fails with the error org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a:Invalid content starting with element 'netuix:preference'.The content must match '(('':meta{0-UNBOUNDED},(('':handlePortalEvent)|('':handlePageFlowEvent)|('':handleStrutsEvent) |('':handleCustomEvent) |('':handleEvent) |('':handleNotificationEvent)){0-UNBOUNDED})'.
