Symptoms

After upgrading from WLS 8.1 and going live with WLS 10.3.x, you are noticing that your application is very slow. Thread dumps show nothing. In addition, you have moved to a SUN T5240 with CMT chips of 8 core/8 threads each technology CPUs.
