Symptoms
Webcenter and UCM was installed using RDBMS 11.1.0.7.0
Trying to start the UCM Server go the following error:
Failed to initialize the server.
(internal) 07.24 09:15:35.156 main !csFailedToInitServer (!csDbUnableToPerformAction_create,FileStorage!$ORA-43851: LOB feature unsupported below compatible 11.0.0
