Goal
The Inbound Refinery core update bundle read me file has a confusing statement in it.General Information / Important notes:
This component contains all of the components that were bundled with Inbound Refinery as well as
the IBR10gR3CoreUpdate component
The installation of this component is dependent on having IBR10gR3CoreUpdate build 16 or higher.
If that is not installed and the Refinery hasn't been restarted, while installing the
IBR10gR3UpdateBundle you will get this error:
