Error FRM-92101 When Trying to Upload a File Using Webutil Upload Functionality (Doc ID 865610.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upload a file of size more than 6 kb using webutil upload, FRM-92101 errors are shown in Forms front end.

Application.log shows the following errors with debug option
