Symptoms
Deployed web application via AS console.
Undeployed it, however while undeploying AS console produces an error and it does not get undeployed.
And encountered errors when attempting to undeploy application manually :
java -jar admin_client.jar deployer:oc4j:opmn://<host>:<port>/home oc4jadmin <password> -undeploy <name>
