Unable To Login With Non oc4j_admin User After Restart - Error "Supply Administration Credentials" On Screen (Doc ID 868464.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

A custom user account, created with the ascontrol_monitor role, is not able to login to AS Control following a restart of OPMN until the oc4jadmin user has logged in at least once.

The following error message is displayed on the screen. :-
Supply Administration Credentials

Error

An error occurred while making the JMX RMI connection.
You are logged in as <user>.
Enter the credentials for a cluster-wide user in the oc4j-administrators group. These credentials are needed by Application Server Control to make remote connections.

Once oc4jadmin logins in, the custom user account is able to login.
