Symptoms

On a 10.1.3.3.3 Inbound Refinery installed on Linux with the PDFExport component installed, when
checking in a file to be converted to PDF the following error occurs:

Step PDFExport forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'EXRunExport()
failed: The font directory does not contain any font files or the directory is invalid (0x0B02)'.
