Receiving Error "Error Number 20010: Failed to Write to Page File" Within the WebCenter Capture Recognition Server (Doc ID 869458.1)

This error appears at random in the Recognition Server, which is resulting in the batch becoming corrupted:

***Error*** Failed to commit document. Error Number: 30020, Error: The following error occured while attempting to delete the specified page after commit:
The following error occurred updating the page data file:
Error Number: 20010
Error Description: Failed to write to page file.

After failing here, subsequent attempts by Recognition Server to process the batch result in the following error:

***Error*** Failed to load batch pages for TE20000000000486. Error Number: 20069, Error: Batch's Page.Dat file is missing or corrupt: \\batch folder\filecabinetID\batchname\Page.Dat


Introduction of anti-virus software on the server.
