What determines the total size of the participants cache?
What triggers a cache refresh? Is it triggered based on a parameter in the Process Administrator's screen, a parameter in a configuration file, a hard coded value/time that isn't tunable, or other?
Can the participant cache be set to zero (0) so that all searches would go to the database? Would doing this cause a large number of timeouts or other negative effect?
 Can the cache be dumped?
Can the cache be measured from a total size and used/free space perspective?
How do we know if the cache is being used or not?
What is the criteria for loading participants on demand? There are several participants being loaded multiple times and the total count exceeds the set number of participants in cache (for example, 10).
