Symptoms

Workshop 9.2 and 10.3 throw NullPointerException during build/publish, as below:

java.lang.NullPointerException
          at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.lookup.ParameterizedTypeBinding.getMethods(ParameterizedTypeBinding.java:496)
          at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.lookup.Scope.findMethod(Scope.java:1023)
          at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.lookup.Scope.getMethod(Scope.java:2119)
          at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.ast.MessageSend.resolveType(MessageSend.java:314)
          at org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.ast.Expression.resolve(Expression.java:829)
