Symptoms

The Content Server with the Physical Manager component installed won't start after the Content Server 10g Core Update was installed. 

The following error occurs:

Fatal 8/4/09 10:44 AM Failed to initialize the server. Error with table 'DocMetaDefinition'. The column 'dDecimalScale' does not exist in this table. Error with table 'DocMetaDefinition'. The column 'dDecimalScale' does not exist in this table.
