"Schema name "xladm" either does not exist or you do not have permission": Error While Installing OIM on SQL Server 2005 (Doc ID 873072.1)

Purpose

While installing OIM on SQL Server 20005, the OIM install fails with the following error: 

Error encountered while loading database script/data/opt/OIM9101/installServer/Xellerate/db/SQLServer/StoredProcedures/API/XL_SP_GetOrgHierar 
chy.sql!The specified schema name "xladm" either does not exist or you do not have permission to use it.. 

This issue is caused due to the error in the install documentation.
