MessageQ (All Versions): Unable to Attach to MRQ in dmq$menu (Doc ID 873723.1)

Attaching to MRQ using queue number through dmq$menu utility, prompts for a queue name.
The attach command utility asks for type of queue.  You answer with MRQ.
Next question is whether to use name or number.  You answer indicating that it is number and enter the number.

dmq$menu fails to attach to the queue number.

Also, why does it prompt for a queue name when you have indicated the queue number?
