When using queue NAMES in PAMS_ATTACH_Q() or PAMS_LOCATE_Q() calls:

(1) Whenever we attempt to use PAMS_ATTACH_Q() to attach to a queue by passing its queue NAME, we get an error, but if we attach using the queue-address it succeeds...

(2) Whenever we attempt to use PAMS_LOCATE_Q() to find the address of a queue by passing its queue NAME, we get an error...

(3) What is the difference between a "Local" queue and a "Global" queue?

(4) what is the %GNT table used for?
