Symptoms
When using Recognition Server to detect patch codes the patch codes are properly detected (as shown in the log file), but the patch code is not properly saved to the batch page (this is noticeable when using the Page Information icon while Indexing the batch). The patch code needs to be saved to the batch page so it can be properly used as a document separator.
