BPEL Process With Abstract WSDL And Correlation Properties Throws Deployment Error ORABPEL-08009

Symptoms

A BPEL process implements an abstract WSDL with out plnk types. The JDeveloper designer generates a <process>_ref.wsdl that contains these types. If correlation properties are defined they are imported into the _ref WSDL. When you try to deploy this process it fails with below error:

com.collaxa.cube.ws.soap.oc4j.BPELOC4JServlet$1 with aspect class
com.collaxa.cube.engine.observer.ProcessInitAspect
ORABPEL-08009

Failed get wsdl service definition.
Failed to get a WSDL service that support the portType
"{http://t-systems.com/etc/MW/CustomerService}iCustomer" in WSDL definition
"{http://t-systems.com/etc/MW/CustomerService}".
Please verify that WSDL portType
"{http://t-systems.com/etc/MW/CustomerService}iCustomer" is supported by a service in WSDL file.

Changes

This issue happens in a 10.1.3.4 environment till MLR#8 system.
