BPEL Process With Abstract WSDL And Correlation Properties Throws Deployment Error ORABPEL-08009 (Doc ID 874545.1)

A BPEL process implements an abstract WSDL with out plnk types. The JDeveloper designer generates a <process>_ref.wsdl that contains these types. If correlation properties are defined they are imported into the _ref WSDL. When you try to deploy this process it fails with below error:

<ERROR> <default.collaxa.cube.engine>
<DomainObserverRegistry::notify> Error while notifying observer class$1 with aspect class

Failed get wsdl service definition.
Failed to get a WSDL service that support the portType
"{}iCustomer" in WSDL definition
Please verify that WSDL portType
"{}iCustomer" is supported by a service in WSDL file.


This issue happens in a environment till MLR#8 system.
