Error "Unable to generate SSL connection related files. Please verify your root CA certificate file" While Reconfiguring Access Manager In SSL Mode. (Doc ID 874702.1)

Symptoms

While reconfiguring Access Manager in SSL mode you get below error. 

ld.so.1: certutil: fatal: libobssl3.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Error: Unable to generate SSL connection related files. Please verify your root CA certificate file.

 
Steps to reproduce :

1. Navigate to <WebPass_Install_Dir>/access/oblix/tools/setup_am

2. Run below command. 
       setup_access_manager -i <install_dir>

3. It asks you to enter the path of Root CA certificate file for the Directory Server.

4. Provide the path of Root CA certificate. Now you see the error mentioned above.

This issue is specific to all Unix based (Linux ,Soalris,HP-UX) OS.
