Getting "OracleUCMCommitDriver request requires HTTP authentication: Access denied" Error When Using Capture and the UCM Commit Driver (Doc ID 875089.1)

Symptoms

After changing to Active Directory in Content Server, the following error is received when attempting to log in to the UCM Commit Driver:

OracleUCMCommitDriver
request requires HTTP authentication: Access denied; nested exception is: request requires HTTP
authentication: Access denied.

The same user account can be used to log in to Content Server through a web browser.

Changes

Changed to Active Directory authentication within Content Server.
