Symptoms

When committing a batch from Capture / Distributed Capture to a Content Server that has the ExtranetLook component enabled, the following error may be encountered:

Error: 40008
The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch:
[Commit Profile - UCM: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: 20004 Error Description: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: http://SERVERNAME/IDC/idcplg]
