Symptoms
WebLogic Portal 10.3 Jsp Precompile is failing if the below steps are followed.
-Create a Portal Project and Portal ear in WebLogic Workshop IDE.
-Right click mouse on the ear project and export EAR file precompilation.
-Select jsp precompile option and select OK
