How to Activate/Enable Xelsysadm Account if it got Disabled (Doc ID 879045.1)

Goal

If by mistake Xelsysadm account got disabled and while trying to login into Oracle Identity Manager web console getting following error in server logs.

07:42:40,296 ERROR [ACCOUNTMANAGEMENT] Class/Method: Authenticate/connect User with ID: XELSYSADM is disabled in Xellerate.
07:42:40,296 ERROR [ACCOUNTMANAGEMENT] Class/Method: Authenticate/connect encounter some problems:
