After configuring persistent user customizations via MDS in an ADF application, column resize on its own does not get persisted as expected.
That is, after resizing, another change is required to get the column resize to 'stick' across sessions.
For example, resizing a column then re-ordering the columns as well, causes both the resize and the re-order to be persisted correctly.

For example:

1. Run jspx page.
2. Resize a column (make it very large) .
3. Close the browser.
4. Run the page again. Notice that the column size is lost.

Alternative that shows column resize does save with other changes:
1. Run jspx
2. Resize a column (make it very large)
3. Re-order the columns
4. Close the browser
5. Run the page again. Notice that the column size has been persisted, as well as the column re-ordering.
