Forms 11g and Forms 10gR2: Queries and Compilations against an 11g Database are Slow or Sometimes Hang (Doc ID 880660.1)

Symptoms

When using Forms 11g or 10gR2 against an 11g database, the performance is poor when:

a.  Querying against the database

b.   Trying to compile form against an 11g Database using 'frmcmp.sh' and 'frmcmp_batch.sh' compilers, it may hang or it take long (10 min +).

There are no problems with queries or compilation issues with the Forms against 10g database versions.

 Upgraded database from 10g to 11g
