Create Group Space in WebCenter 11g: "No matching users were found" (Doc ID 882094.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter configured to work with Oracle Single-Sign On (OSSO).

How to Reproduce:

1.  Login to WebCenter as a OSSO user eg. orcladmin.

2.  Create a Group Space.

3.  The Group Space gets created but with errors.
     In the error popup, the message "No matching users were found with search string <login user>" is shown.


     Here is the example of the error message:


Errors were encountered in creating group space. The main error is - No matching users were found with search string orcladmin. You may want to delete the current group space if it is visible in your lists. Contact the administrator if the problem persists.  Try accessing the group space from the ''Group Space menu'' or ''My Group Spaces''. If the group space is not listed, refresh the list in ''My Group Spaces''. If the group space is still not visible, report the error to your administrator.

4.  Get similar error message when trying to create page in WebCenter, and cannot create page in WebCenter when login as OSSO user.
