Goal

This document describes how to programmatically change/switch from a visible page to a non-visible page using a backing file, when 'Tree Optimization' is enabled, i.e. treeOptimizationEnabled="true".

Users may observe that using a backing file to make a programmatic page change to a page that is non-visible, using:
