Content Folios Version 99 Not Rendering Correctly In Ie6 Or Firefox (Doc ID 885952.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to create or load an Advanced Folio Template using Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox,
it does not load and the following Javascript error occurs:
Line: 3037
Char: 3
Error: 'this.parentContainer' is null or not an object
Code: 0

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into content server using Internet Explorer 6.x, and with Content Folios build 99 loaded
2. Click on Administration -> Folio Administration -> Create new folio template
3. Click on the Properties tab
