Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On Content Server 7.5.1, after changing from Verity 6.1 to Database FullText search engine, both
existing and newly checked in XML files will not index. Expect that any file that would full text
index in Verity would also full text index in DatabaseFullText Search.
