How to Deselect Greyed Out OWB Locations in a Control Center

Goal
Before dropping a Control Center, all Locations that are member of the Control Center should be unregistered else the OWB Design Client will not allow to drop a Control Center.
After having unregistered all Locations, it might happen that users still find some Locations greyed out in the Control Center. In this situation OWB Design Client will still not allow to drop a Control Center.
This note explains how to remove such greyed out locations from "Available Locations" in a Control Center.
Note: The script in this note should only be used when "unregister" of the Location from the Control Center Manager does not help.
