Unable To Retrieve Documents From SnapLock After Applying A Content DB Patch (Doc ID 887214.1)

Using Content DB

When attempting to retrieve documents that have been externalized to the SnapLock volume, the following error appears in the $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/OC4J_Content/application-deployments/content/OC4J_Content_default_island_1/application.log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Apply <> "CONTENT DB PATCH" 
  2. Restart Content DB
  3. Try to retrieve a document that has been externalized to SnapLock


The issue started to occur after the Content DB patch has been applied.
