User Locked Out Of Application Even When Correct Password Is Entered (Doc ID 887322.1)

Customers have reported that when configuring the embedded LDAP for users to access their web application, they experience the following:

  1. When they access the application for the first time with a valid <USERNAME> and <PASSWORD>, they are able to access their application.
  2. When they attempt access with an incorrect <USERNAME> and <PASSWORD>, the authentication fails (expected).
  3. However, after the failed authentication, even the correct <USERNAME> and <PASSWORD> fail authentication, and they cannot access the application at all.
