User Locked Out Of Application Even When Correct Password Is Entered

Customers have reported that when configuring the embedded LDAP for users to access their web application, they experience the following:

  1. When they access the application for the first time with a valid username and password, they are able to access their application.
  2. When they attempt access with an incorrect username or password, the authentication fails (expected).
  3. However, after the failed authentication, even the correct username and password fail authentication, and they cannot access the application at all.
